What is ProcessWork?
- Process-oriented psychology, also called processwork, is a depth psychology theory and set of techniques developed by Dr. Arnold Mindell and associated with transpersonal psychology, somatic psychology and post-Jungian psychology.
- It is an evolving, trans-disciplinary approach supporting individuals, relationships and groups to discover themselves.
- It uses awareness to track psychological and physical processes that illuminate and possibly resolve inner, relationship, team, and world issues.
- It involves raising subconscious patterns and / or marginalised parts of ourselves to conscious awareness.

Counselling and Processwork can bring you new perspectives and clarity.
